With reference to the news item appearing in the newspaper dated November 22, 2014 titled "Kaveri Seed promoters plan stake sale", Kaveri Seed Company Ltd has Clarified to BSE that the promoters of the company keep exploring certain projects in their individual capacity on a periodic basis. The quantum of funds required to do these projects is also at an exploratory stage. Should these projects be taken up by promoters in their individual capacity, promoters may explore partial stake sale of Kaveri Seeds to fund these projects. Nothing is finalized at this stage.<br/><br/>The company never violated any of the provisions of Listing Agreement and continues to do so in due course also.
