we have to inform you that as per the "Insider Trading Code" of the Company and in view of the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on 24th May 2017 for approving the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended on 31st March 2017, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons including Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Employees of the Company from 16th May 2017 to 26th May 2017 (both days inclusive), in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
