Kaveri Seed Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 21, 2014, inter alia, has recommended for payment of an Interim Dividend of 125% (Rs. 2.50 per share of Rs. 2/- each) on the equity share capital of the Company for the financial year 2014-2015.
