Appointment of Mr. Sunny Khande as Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.<BR><BR>2. Resignation of Mr. Sachin Jain from the Post of Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.<BR><BR>3. The Company is proposed to file a application for Listing of Company Securities at other Stock Exchanges.
