KDJ Holidayscapes and Resorts Ltd has informed BSE that in the Board Meeting held on August 08, 2014, the Board had inter-alia approved declassification of Mr. Madhukar Katragadda from the Promoter Group of the Company pursuant to the letter received from him. Mr. Madhukar Katragadda was holding 122425 Equity Shares of the Company constituting 0.22% of the Capital of the Company all of which were in Demat as on the date of the Board Meeting approving his declassification i.e. August 08, 2014.
