KEC International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 19, 2017, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>1. Consider and approve Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2017; and<BR><BR>2. Recommend dividend, if any, on Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2017.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, please note that the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company will remain closed from May 11, 2017 to May 21, 2017 (both days inclusive).
