KEC INTERNATIONAL LTD. - Updates on sale of freehold land

With reference to the earlier letter dated March 31, 2014 had informed the Exchange that the Company had entered into an Agreement for Sale of its freehold land admeasuring more than 7.3 acres situated at Pokhran Road No. 2, Village, Majiwade, Taluka and District Thane in the State of Maharashtra. In continuation with the said intimation KEC International Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has executed a Sale Deed with Ardent Properties Private Limited (Ardent), a 100% subsidiary of Tata Housing Development Company Limited and has completed all the formalities of said sale. Further the Company has also received full consideration of Rs. 212.35 crore from Ardent.
