Siva Sankaram, Independent Director, At D/No 1-1-651/B, Gandhi Nagar, Hyderabad, 500080, Telangana inter-alia to consider and approve following business: i.review the performance of non-independent directors and the Board as a whole. ii.review the performance of the Chairperson of the company. iii.assess the quality, quantity and timeliness of flow of information between the company management and the Board. iv.Other matter as per the agenda of the meeting.
