Keerthi Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2015, has considered and approved the following additional businesses:<BR><BR>1. Resignation of Sri. R. Srinivasa Rao as Company Secretary of the Company.<BR><BR>2. Appointment of Sri. Y. Venkateshwara Rao as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.<BR><BR>3. Appointment of Mr. Rajesh Kumar Yadav as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company.<BR><BR>4. Appointment of Scrutinizer for announcement of e-voting and poll result of the ensuing AGM.<BR><BR>5. Established Whistle Blower Policy as envisaged in Clause 49 of the listing agreement.
