KEI Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 10, 2017, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>- Recommended dividend of Rs. 0.60 per share (i.e. @ 30%) on the equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- for the year ended March 31, 2017. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, shall be paid / dispatched on or before 30 days of its declaration.
