Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that the Shareholders of the Company have considered and approved the following:<BR> <BR> 1.Re-appointment of Mr. Bhagya Chandra Rao as the Managing Director and CEO of the Company for a period of 3 (Three) years with effect from September 17, 2017.<BR> <BR> 2.Appointment and remuneration of Messrs. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 001076N/N500013) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of the 52nd AGM till the conclusion of 57th AGM of the Company.<BR> <BR> 3.Alteration in the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company.
