Kennametal India Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window of the Company has been kept closed from January 10, 2017 to February 03, 2017 (both days inclusive) for Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and other Connected Persons.<BR><BR>This closure of Trading Window has been occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on February 02, 2017, to consider, inter alia, the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
