Kernex Microsystems India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 24, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following items.<BR><BR>- Creation of charge, mortgage and sell, lease or otherwise dispose of the whole or substantially the whole of an undertaking of the Company subject to the approval of shareholders by means of Postal Ballot pursuant to the provisions of Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.
