Kesar Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2017, inter alia, to consider Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading for Promoters, Directors and Designated Employees and their relatives, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from February 03, 2017 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges i.e upto February 11, 2017 (both days inclusive).
