Kesar Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received a letter dated December 31, 2014 from Smt. M H Kilachand tendering her resignation from the office of Director of the Company on the ground that she is not in a position to give sufficient time and participate actively in the deliberations of the Board as the Director of the Company due to her engagement in various social activities. Accordingly, Smt. M H Kilachand ceased to be a Director of the Company w.e.f. December 31, 2014.
