Kesar Petroproducts Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 24, 2015, inter alia, has decided to recommend payment of Dividend @ Re. 1.00 (10%) on the Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year March 31, 2015, subject to the approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
