With reference to the earlier letter dated April 01, 2015 advising a valuation of Rs. 2800 crores in respect of the transfer of the Company's Tyre Manufacturing Facility at Laksar, District Haridwar, Uttarakhand ("Laksar Undertaking") to its subsidiary, Cavendish Industries Limited ('Cavendish"). Kesoram Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the revised valuation of the Laksar Undertaking now stands at Rs. 2195 crores and the Company advise that the transfer has been effected at this value.
