SEBI in it Circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 5th July 2016 had permitted listed entities implementing INDAS for the first time an extra time corridor of one month in respect of the first quarter of the particular Financial Year to enable them smoothly transit to INDAS. <BR> We adopt INDAS for the first time during the Financial Year 2017-18.<BR> In view of the above our Board will approve our first quarter 2017-18 Financial Results within this extra time corridor of a month. The date of this Board Meeting will be intimated separately.<BR>
