With reference to Increase in Volume, Kesoram Industries Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:<br/><br/>"We have also noted the upswing in the volume of our shares traded in the Stock Exchanges recently. We are particularly disturbed over yesterdays volumes and have requisitioned for Beneficiary Position Statements from the two Depositories. We observe that there were no block or bulk transactions yesterday.<br/><br/>We can point out that we have no information/announcement (including pending/ unpublished announcement) which, in our opinion, could have had a bearing on the price or volume behaviour in the scrip."
