Kesoram Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 14, 2015, has approved the sale of the Company's entire shareholding in its subsidiary, Cavendish Industries Limited ("Cavendish"), to certain entities comprised in the JK Tyre Group.<BR><BR>Further, a copy of a Company Press Release on the subject is attached.
