Kewal Kiran Clothing Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of Code of fair disclosure (Regulation 8 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Code of Conduct (Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015) adopted by the Company in the Board meeting held on May 14, 2015. The aforesaid codes will be effective to the company from May 15, 2015.
