Kewal Kiran Clothing Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Shantilal B. Kothari, Chief Financial Officer has relinquished his position as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Person and has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company. Mr. Kothari's resignation has been accepted and he will be relieved from his services w.e.f. the close of the working hours on October 10, 2015.
