KG Denim Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2017 and recommendation of dividend on equity shares, if any, for the said year.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 14, 2017, upto May 25, 2017 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company for prevention of insider trading.
