| KG Denim Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders (the Code) adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company would remain closed from October 28, 2015 to November 6, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the Insiders covered under the Code. | |
