Took note of revised Code of Conduct as per SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Confirmed Appointment of Mr. Pranav Khandwala as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company pursuant to Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013.<BR><BR>3. Took note of the disclosure received from the Directors of the Company under section 184 and declaration under section 164 of the Companies Act, 2013.
