| Khator Fibre and Fabrics Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window for the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 06, 2014 to November 15, 2014 (both days inclusive).<br/><br/>This closure of the Trading Window is occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company for consideration of un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014, which is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2014.<br/><br/>Accordingly, all the insiders (including directors and employees) and others who have come in to the receipt of any insider information as to agenda of the meeting (either accidentally or otherwise) are hereby directed not to deal in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above. | |
