Brij Mohan Khaitan as additional director and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Aditya Khaitan is a promoter, non-executive director.<BR><BR>2. Adoption of Remuneration Policy recommended by Nomination and Remuneration Committee pursuant to provisions of Section 178(3) of The Companies Act, 2013.
