Kilitch Drugs India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, has:<BR><BR>1. Formulated and approved a Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information pursuant to newly enacted SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Formulated and approved a Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its employees and other connected persons towards achieving compliance with the regulations pursuant to newly enacted SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
