Kilitch Drugs India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the following matters:<BR><BR>1. Unaudited (Provisional) Financial Result for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 along with the Limited Review Report as submitted by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.<BR><BR>2. Adoption of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements] Regulations, 2015 including authorizing any Director of the Company to enter into amended Listing Agreement and submission of the same to BSE & NSE and any other applicable authorities, if required.<BR><BR>- Closure of Trading window :<BR><BR>The Company will close the trading window in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations on February 01, 2016 and the trading window will open on February 15, 2016.
