| Kilitch Drugs India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to transact the following business:<br/><br/>- To take on record the Unaudited (Provisional) Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2014 along with Limited Review Report<br/><br/>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 from November 03, 2014 to November 15, 2014. Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. | |
