| Kingfisher Airlines Ltd has informed BSE that, pursuant to order dated February 12, 2015 passed by the Hon'ble Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Esplanade, Mumbai in Case No. 342/SA/2013 under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002, filed by SBICAP Trustee Company Limited ("SBICAP Trustee") as security trustee for the consortium of bankers to Kingfisher Airlines Limited ("the Company"), the Company handed over possession on February 24, 2015 of the property known as "Kingfisher House" in Mumbai owned by the Company, to SBICAP Trustee, without prejudice to all of the rights, remedies and contentions of the Company including the right to file appropriate proceedings to challenge the said order dated February 12, 2015. | |
