Kiri Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 30, 2015, to issue and allotment of Cumulative Non Convertible Redeemable Preference shares. The said cumulative non convertible redeemable preference shares will not be listed at any of the recognized stock exchange.
