| Kiri Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 07, 2015, <BR>inter alia, to transact the following businesses:<BR><BR>1. To consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015;<BR><BR>2. To allot equity Shares to promoters group upon conversion of warrants;<BR><BR>3. To allot equity shares to ESOP Trust as per Kiri ESOP Scheme-2014; ,and<BR><BR>4. To allot equity shares upon conversion of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs);<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed all the designated employees, Directors and connected persons, that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from (July 31, 2015 to August 09, 2015) (both days inclusive). | |
