Kirloskar Brothers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 22, 2014, inter alia, to consider the following:<br/><br/>1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>2. To consider recommendation of dividend on the equity shares for the financial year 2013-14.<br/><br/>Further, the trading window shall remain closed from April 14, 2014 to April 23, 2014 (both the days inclusive).
