Kirloskar Brothers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 27, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider recommendation of dividend on the equity shares for the financial year 2014-15.<BR><BR>Further to this, the trading window shall remain closed from April 19, 2015 to April 28, 2015 (both the days inclusive).
