Kirloskar Electric Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Companys Step down subsidiary Lloyd Dynamowerke GmbH and<br/>Co KG (LDW) situated in Bremen, Germany has filed insolvency petition before the court in Bremen. The Managing Directors of the LDW took this decision and filed the petition on September 09, 2014. The Company is reviewing this in detail and preparing to contest it.
