Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 28, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve, the audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>The Board of Directors at that meeting will consider the dividend, if any, for the financial year 2013-2014.<br/><br/>The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from April 21, 2014 to April 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Company in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
