With reference to the earlier announcement wherein the Company had informed that the Members of the Company at their annual general meeting held on August 13, 2014 had approved the appointment of Mr. C. V. Tikekar as independent Director for a term of one year upto August 12, 2015, Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that Mr. C. V. Tikekar, Independent Director has ceased to be a Director of the Company on August 12, 2015.<BR><BR>The Company places on record its sincere appreciation towards his stellar contribution.
