Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 29, 2015 to consider and approve, inter-alia, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 21, 2015 to January 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
