Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015,<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from July 21, 2015 to August 01, 2015 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders of the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
