| Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 18, 2015 to July 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 30, 2015.<BR><BR>The Company has fixed the Cut-off date as July 23, 2015 for determining the eligibility of the Members to vote by electronic means or in the general meeting.<BR><BR>The Remote e-voting period commences on July 27, 2015 at 9. a.m. and ends on July 29, 2015 at 5 p.m. | |
