Kirloskar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 31, 2015, inter alia; to consider and take on record Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Further the Company informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 23, 2015 to February 02, 2015 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations.
