Kirloskar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited (KFIL), a listed material subsidiary of the Company, has submitted to the stock exchanges, where the shares of KFIL are listed, pursuant to Regulation 30 read Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, vide its letter dated December 08, 2016, certified copy of the Notice sent to its shareholders regarding transfer of all shares, in respect of which dividend has not been paid or claimed for seven consecutive years or more, to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF).<BR><BR>The said Notice has been published on December 08, 2016 in the newspapers.
