| Kirloskar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the rules made thereunder and Clause 35B of the Listing Agreement, the Company has fixed August 21, 2015, as the cut-off date to record the entitlement of the Members to cast their vote electronically for the business to be transacted at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The e-voting period commences on August 25, 2015 (9:00 a.m.) and ends on August 27, 2015 (5:00 p.m.). | |
