| Kirloskar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 29, 2016 , inter alia, to consider and take on record Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 21, 2016 to February 02, 2016 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders of the Company under Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. | |
