Kirloskar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 19, 2015 inter alia, to consider and take on record Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 and Consolidated Audited financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015 and recommendation of dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 12, 2015 to May 25, 2015 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI Prohibition of insider Trading Regulations, 1992.
