Kirloskar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from March 03, 2016 to March 14, 2016 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders of Kirloskar Industries Limited under Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
