Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we wish to intimate that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 to consider Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2017 and to consider recommendation of Dividend, if any. We further wish to intimate that the trading window shall remain closed from Saturday, April 29, 2017 to Friday, May 12, 2017 (both days inclusive).
