Kitex Garments Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on January 30, 2017, inter alia, to take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company for the 3rd Quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per Companys Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company for all the designated Employees(including Directors) of the Company shall remain closed from January 16, 2017 to January 31, 2017 (both days inclusive).
