To fix date and venue of the Annual General Meeting.<br/><br/>4. To approve Notice of Annual General Meeting and Director Report.<br/><br/>5. To fix date of Book Closure.<br/><br/>Trading Window of the Company for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from July 29, 2014 to August 12, 2014. | |
